Kangen Water Home Installation & Setup
If you’ve recently purchased a Kangen Water machine or are interested in doing so, book an appointment for a personal Home Installation & Setup session. Our team will walk you through the setup process, teach you how to use your new machine, and provide guidance on maintenance
Before you begin:
Make sure you have all the parts from the box, access to your faucet, and a clean, stable place to work.
Step 1: Unbox and Inspect
Carefully remove the machine from the box.
Check for all included accessories: diverter, hoses, filters (if separate), and manuals.
Inspect everything for damage before proceeding.
Step 2: Choose a Good Location
Place your machine near your kitchen sink.
Make sure it’s close to a power outlet.
Avoid direct sunlight and keep it away from hot appliances.
Step 3: Connect to Your Faucet
Remove the existing aerator from your faucet.
Attach the diverter valve provided with the machine.
Connect the machine’s incoming water hose to the diverter.
Step 5: Install the Filter (if needed)
Some models come with the filter pre-installed.
If not, open the filter compartment, insert the filter, and close it securely.
Step 6: Turn on the Water
Turn your faucet on slowly.
Flip the diverter to send water into the machine.
Check for leaks around all hose connections.
Step 7: Plug It In
Connect the machine to a power outlet.
Turn the machine on (follow your model’s specific power-up instructions).
Step 8: Flush the System
Run water through the machine for 5–10 minutes.
This flushes out any residual material from the filter or hoses.
Follow your machine’s flushing instructions carefully.
Step 9: Start Making Kangen Water!
Choose your water type (e.g., drinking water, beauty water, cleaning water).
Follow your machine’s touchscreen/menu instructions if it has one.
Enjoy your fresh, ionized water!

Replace your filter as recommended (typically every 6–12 months).
Clean the machine regularly to prevent mineral buildup.
Always use the right cleaning cartridge for deep cleaning (once every 3–6 months).
